Catholics, “Stay Alive!” Book Foreward

I found Roger L’Huillier’s book Catholics, “Stay Alive!” both fascination and inspiring. It is a truly wonderful book that covers so many great aspects of our Catholic faith, some of which we may not be aware of. It has brought back to my mind so much that I have personally been involved in since my first encounter with Catholic Charismatic Renewal some forty two years ago after which my faith took on “new growth”.

I am absolutely delighted that Roger has included “Healing Our Family Tree” as well as a complete chapter on “New Age” in which he does not hold back on elaborating the many dangers that this area holds for those who become involved.

I also like the listing of helpful websites that we can explore. The word Stay, in the title of the book, is very applicable for us, because sometimes we can Come Alive to various aspects of our faith, but to Stay Alive needs nurturing, and this book gives us the necessary tools to do just that.

The power and solidarity of Jesus’ love for us flows through this book to keep us safe and on the right path. Praise His Holy Name!
